"Great staff and clean room."

"Great for price and would have to say hands down the best stay I've been at in Japan. This is a 15 min walk from Fuji Q highland stop which will take you to the lake and other attractions. "Room was not as nice as I thought it would be for what we paid, had everything we needed however and staff were nice and helpful with leaving baggage before check in"
