"We love this place, we have stayed a few times. Staff are lovely and friendly. Food is plentiful and hot. The only thing that ruined it this time were some other guests who thought it was ok to make as much noise from about 12.30 to 2am shouting, slamming doors and banging about in their rooms. There was absolutely no consideration for any of the other guests. They knew in the morning it was them but not one of them apologised for their behaviour. "We've just had the most amazing stay at The Swan, with our two dogs. Our room was fantastic with everything provided both for us, and for our dogs. All the staff were extremely dog friendly and helpful, and couldn't have made us feel more welcome. We will definitely be back for another stay"

"A typical English country pub with a friendly aura, professional staff, spotlessly clean and a good array of beers. We stayed one night, the room was on the smaller size but well equipped. Being a pub bed and breakfast you have to accept noise to eleven but thereafter it was so peaceful until morning chorus. The full English breakfast was delicious and the fish and chips the previous night was also of a high standard. Recommendable."
