So seeking Expedia customer service and was a same result that hotel no pick up. So ibforce myself to make one more night booking and few minutes the hotel call me. "Horrible Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 . On s’est retrouvé avec un grand lit . La dame nous a alors proposé une chambre sans fenêtre avec un supplément si nous souhaitions 2 lits . La chambre vaut 78 ringhit mais hôtels.com la facture quasiment le double . Il y’avait des geckos sur les murs . "

"Towel and Bed sheet to be more organised and better standard. Gate door, common toilet door lock and common toilet seat are very poor and inconvenient. The rest are acceptable. Not considering for next stay. "
