"We traveled to Fresno for an event and chose to stay here because the hotel provided EV chargers. Unfortunately, 2 of them were not working and 1 of them said it was in use on the app, but no one was using it. We brought it up to management and he was kind enough to help take a look and report the issue. Check in was smooth and easy. The receptionist was professional and offered friendly service. "It was really noisy and I know they can’t help that but we had cockroaches in our room. I saw one on the ceiling and took care of it. I figured that maybe it would just be that. The next morning, I saw a big one on the partition curtain. Then my daughter points one out that one of us stepped on at some point. It was disappointing to have that type of experience. There was another shoe print on the ceiling and I can only assume they had smashed a roach. I get that sometimes bugs are unavoidable...

"I stayed in a downstairs room, king bed (very comfortable) The shower was very big and adjustable shower head. The outdoor pool was clean but to cold to swim in the afternoon. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage links, country potatoes and French toast sticks. 4 different juices to choose from. Breads and muffins. Coffee. All very tasty"
