"Visited this beautiful cottage with my wife and dog. As you pull up the nearly half a mile long driveway and drive up over the crest to the cottage the view is truly stunning, no exaggeration. The cottage itself is simple, clean and perfect for me, my wife and my German Shepherd. We got lucky and had perfect weather for our visit and we hiked daily in and out of Cape Breton Highland Park. The tree colors were magnificent. And coming back to the cottage on the cliff with its stunning views was amazing. Enjoyed the deck with morning coffee and saw some beautiful sunsets as well. One morning a bald eagle flew just over the short pine trees not more than 50 ft from the deck. Really an amazing property. Highly recommend."

"The trailer was quiet, warm (heated), and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay as we took in the Cabot Trail, and hiked the Skyline Trail close by. Mattresses on the beds could have been a bit thicker, but there were lots of pillows and a comforter to lay on top of for a bit more cushion. The property is so well situated on the Cabot Trail, with a general store, a restaurant, and a bay to watch the sunset all close enough to walk to, and more walking trails a very close drive away. Hosts were really responsive to all of our messages - Thanks to them for having such a nice, affordable place to stay for us!"

"Nice location close to the Skyline Trail. Make sure you fill up with gas in Cheticamp as there are no stations in the park and Pleasant Bay. Also no cellular service so turn on Wifi Calling feature."

"There were 4 adults enjoying the fall in pleasant bay. From the communication, to the end it was a wonderful addition to our trip. The house had everything you needed to set up 3 days exploring the area. Niki has a wonderful home that has maintained the look of the original family home with upgraded amenities. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked and allowed you to bring in some groceries and cook meals with no problem. Thanks Niki for leaving some firewood. We had a nice happy hour around the fire!! All the things you suggested in your advanced material was spot on! Thank you!"

"Ocean views from the house are exceptional. The house’s location is convenient to Dingwall, Bay St Lawrence, and the Cabot Trail. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and sauna after hiking local trails. The backyard dome proved useful. The house is comfortable."
