"This was our second stay at the Thistle Piccadilly. In both cases, they were able to accommodate our request to check-in early, which we appreciated greatly as they are under no requirement to do so. We have found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful. We appreciated the selection of food items available for the breakfast buffet. We also found it to be an ideal location for exploring London on foot being easy walking distances to Trafalgar Square, Westminster, Buckingham Palace, the British Museum, and more."

"Great location. Very quiet room. Like all hotels too hot! Staff laid on a spread for us London Marathon finishers. Location is only a short walk from the Mall."

"Fantastic hotel. Very close to Covent Garden Trafalgar Square and Theatre land. Clean very comfortable beds We were on the 1st floor but the only road noise was occasional sirens. The bathroom was well stocked with hand wash and moisturiser. Shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower. All very good products. The fridge was stocked with bottled water and milk for tea and coffee which were also well stocked. All in all a lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff We will be back."

"THe St Martin’s Lane hotel was excellent, our room was ideal not only for location but comfy bed and all the amenities we needed! Not gonna lie it could use better signage location wise advising people where it is but as long as your googler is working or the front desk come out and greet you your fine. THx SMLH "
