"We specifically asked about the pool and were told it was fine and when we arrived we were not able to swim. The beds were broken down and unless you slept in the middle you were rolling off of them. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair and gunk on the sink. We requested a non smoking room and were assured that it was non smoking however the room smelled of old cigarettes. We were very disappointed in our stay and we will not return."

"When we arrived, we were told we had been upgraded. The property is very outdated and the carpet doesn’t look clean. We had 2 nonsmoking rooms and both had terrible smells. One smelled like cigarettes and the other had an extremely strong odor that resembled vinegar. The TV didn’t work. We asked to change rooms and were accommodated, but those rooms had a super strong smell also, like someone dumped multiple bottles of Febreeze. "The bed was ok. The location was convenient. We had an issue with water from the room above. Their toilet overflowed down through the ceiling vent into our bathroom in the middle of the room. We called the front desk and they could not move our room. This was 1:00 AM. The water was turned off upstairs and the dripping stopped. We used our towels to clean up the water mess. The next morning we asked them to clean the bathroom and leave towels. We were gone for the day attending a memorial...
