Parking is easy, secure, and plentiful. Everything is nice, although the rooms could use a bit of updating, and my room was very dark. There were two lamps. One sat in the far corner, but I couldn't use it, as I needed the outlet for my stuff. The second was between the beds. One bulb wasn't working, and the light didn't add much to the room.

Pros: Room was clean, beds were awesomely comfortable. 2 chairs to sit on. There were plenty of tables with umbrellas on the outside patio. Cons: Suitcases had to go on the beds, no bench or luggage racks. No microwave. Only 1 styrofoam cup for coffee (room sleeps 4). We were on the 5th floor. Ice provided only on floors 4 and 6. Had to ask at the desk since no signs were provided. Water cooler in the lobby was usually empty. There was coffee available in the lobby but the styrofoam cups were thin and too hot to hold (I used 2 each time). Breakfast was $15 each! There were 2 elevators but only 1 of them was working. I would not recommend. Next time we’ll stay at Holiday Inn EXPRESS!!

Check in, we arrived right at 3 pm so there was a line, however many people in front of us were offered free bottled water and we were not, I did not ask for one either. The room was very fresh smelling, bedding clean, parking great right across from the concert I was attending. Free cookies and popcorn I saw were offered but I didn't take any. I would stay here again if I go to another concert.
