"Room didn't seem clean despite the smell of floor cleaner. Ants, live and dead, kept dropping on the bed from a non-working light socket above the bed. Had to move the bed to other part of the room to allow us to sleep. Resort was noisy, with a group in the picnic area below our room. For all these issues, we could not report any of these due to very limited hours over the weekend that the reception was open."

And duvet on one of the beds was badly stained."

Not having a front desk was no issue at all - staff were super responsive via chat/message and everything was explained very clearly. They do ask people to leave luggage/unload at the front of property and then drive through to the back to park, but there is a door connecting the car park to inside the main building, so not sure why they do that.
