"We circumnavigated Sicily in 10 days and stayed in 6 different towns. Siracusa was our last sightseeing stop. We chose to stay in Floridia to give easy access to the Catania airport for an early flight. Of all our lodging spots, B&B Mediterraneo was the least prepared for our arrival and provided the lowest level of service. It is actually a suite of rooms on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. "This was a unique property out in the country, as part of a thoroughbred horse racing track. You could watch racing from your room. The property was clean but is generally getting tired and needs refreshing. The lobby area is noisy and that cascades down the halls and to the rooms. The pool areas are nice and well kept. The breakfast was wanting, with most items running out."

"It’s a beautiful property. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Siracusa/Ortigia. It has 2 large pools. The Restaurant at the resort is top notch and the included breakfast is the best in Sicily- absolutely incredible. The staff and owner are very nice and were very accommodating."

"Good breakfast and nice pool. Pool rules were strange snd not matching the written ones. Easy parking"

"Unique cinema, restaurant, and hotel! Great food and nice staff."

"Colazione deludente soprattutto se c’è un bambino. Proprietario un po’ rude. Camera pulita"

"Amazing stay with Stefano and family. Great room, beautiful terrace and lovely home made breakfast. Great location to visit Siracusa and then relax."

"The beach options are excellent but the rooms need updating. The hot tubs were not hot and the showers were very simple and old."

"Vi hade rum 13 som var som ett litet hus med litet kök och kyl. Fint och stort badrum och sovrum samt olika sittytor utomhus. Fräscht och med bra aircon. Läget var perfekt bredvid poolen och nära till restaurangen. Maten var bra men framförallt bra frukost och fin omgivning att sitta och äta i."

"Lots of potential and positive points though I do think there can be some improvements Positives: - Absolutely stunning view++ - Beautiful and large pool/pool area - Breakfast in the glass room is so peaceful in the am - Excellent daily housekeeping - Great location as a base to explore many towns in the region - just be aware of the ~10 min drive from the highway area to get to the agriturismo -Were able to lend us beach equipment which was appreciated Negatives: - Pool maintenance could have...

"The hotel staff was wonderful, informative and very accommodating. The beach was excellent. Breakfast was good, location was good. The beach was small but a little piece of heaven."
