Contacted Expedia and they gave me the run around with credit for a future trip. I’ll think twice before booking third party since Expedia was no help. Front office never marked my papers and I got the run around from Expedia and this hotel. "Stayed here for 3 nights in July in a non-smoking double queen room with water view. View was of the marina which was nice but honestly not super worth the extra money for an upgrade. Room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom doors didn’t close all the way and were broken on top and the shower was difficult to figure out and had very dismal water pressure. Beds were comfortable. Hotel staff was very nice. Definitely an older hotel and the elevator was sometimes slow. Pool is closed from July...
