"This hotel was perfect for our little getaway. The breakfast was delicious and the happy hour snacks were prefect. The pool was warm and clean and the kids loved it. Two things I would improve: open the bar earlier and get a hot tub. A hot tub would have been great in the cool evenings."

"Nice location between Naples and Marco Island. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Quiet hotel. Room has basic amenities. Publix (grocery store) is about 10 minutes drive. I would stay at Conty's again!"

"Place was very clean, host was very communicative and accommodating! Pool was excellent and kitchen plenty of utensils, cookware to cook with and a grill as well. Back patio was enjoyable! Definitely will use again next time we visit! "

"This was our first time renting through a Home share website. We usually stay in hotels on our vacations. But for this trip we were taking my 80 year old mother away for her birthday and felt a home would better fit our needs. Boy am I glad that we made that decision. From the moment I booked; Kathryn was very responsive with any questions and welcoming us to her home. On day of arrival we were so surprised that there was a Happy Birthday balloon and bottle of wine waiting for my mom after only briefly mentioning once before booking that we would be traveling for her birthday. So thoughtful!! The home itself was beautiful and even better than the pictures. It had every comfort and amenity you could think of. From extra blankets, pots and pans, gas grill, bikes, beach chairs and towels, coolers you name it!! The back yard and lanai are beautiful with a sparkling salt water heated pool and hot tub. Which we used daily. The location and neighborhood are perfect. No more than 15 minutes away from Marco Island and Fifth Ave in either direction. We will definitely be renting again in the future and would recommend this home to anyone. Although selfishly I wish I could keep it a secret so it would be available for us lol. But it wouldn’t be fair to our wonderful host!!!! "
