"Ok"

"Apparently they were having issues with the water/sprinkler system and the fire alarms kept going off. One was 10 pm and another at 4 am. We were on the 10th floor. Thankfully they were false alarms. The only other issue was 6 young children running all over the place and screaming until almost 11 pm. We couldn't even sit on our balcony and enjoy the evening. They were out of control and the parents totally oblivious. The next morning patrons were all sitting outside eating breakfast and the...

"Great location. Everything was very clean, helpful staff, breakfast area look nice and clean and spacious but did not get to take advantage of it. Plenty of parking space. Only complaint was that the water pressure of the shower-head was not strong enough."

"Buen servicio"

"We had a beach view and it was lovely. We would sit outside for our morning coffee and the view was lovely. I think I was most impressed with the front desk. I regret forgetting his name but he was so informative with every question we had. It was such a wonderful time and looking forward to our next get away."

"Beautiful resort. The fitness center was well equipped and clean. The pools were wonderful. Dolphins were observed feeding just off the dock. The walking paths are nice. Even off season there were plenty of staff in restaurant and at the pool cafe. Great view off the balcony of our room. Be prepared for extra fees for resort and parking. "It was a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed it."

"The hotel was a little dated but, well taken care of. Staff was amazing and very helpful. We would stay again."

"Very comfortable and convenient location!"

"I liked the property and location. I also knew what I was getting when I booked the room, as I've stayed here previously, and enjoyed each stay. What I wasn't expecting after the Expedia website showed a 'final price all fees included' was a $60.00 fee added on "by the hotel for the pool, exercise room blah, blah, blah"."

"Everything was great. I only rate the master bedroom bed a 5 out of 10. In need of replacement. Building #2 room 4"
