"The location was fantastic. The space was okay, although at times felt a little stuffy due to windows not being able to open fully. Shower was okay but the bottom of it flooded the bathroom if you didn’t stop half way through and turn it off Otherwise beautiful place "

"Really great staff and really spacious (by London standards) clean and trendy rooms. The bar and restaurant spaces were booked for private events both evenings of our stay and were a bit noisy but we were warned at check in and the hotel have made attempts to install sound proofing for the rooms. Ultimately I would recommend a stay here. "

"Flat in line with the ad, just a bit smaller than expected. The area was good, quite central and with lots of transport connections. Beds were good but we would have appreciated blind out curtains. There were toiletries & coffee available. Overall happy with our stay."

"The property wasn't available but they took the booking anyway. Also, didn't bother to inform us. We called them to check right before we were due to check-in and found out there is no place for us. We had to scramble to find another place at the very last minute. Hotels.com was not very helpful either. We are Gold members. Not sure, how hotels.com treats other members or may be gold membership doesn't mean anything to them."
