"We had a very nice stay at VAYA Achensee. The hotel is modern with good wellness and pool area, espacialy the outdoor natural water pool was great. Very friendly staff and good breakfast and dinner."

"Some really good parts: kids club, pool, ski school, horse rides for kids. All great.
But two big downsides. Firstly, it seemed like they were trying to squeeze every penny out of us, like a budget airline would. The all-inclusive was not really - you had to pay for coffees at lunchtime for instance - and staff would come over and try to upsell. Same with alcohol: all had to be paid for as extra, and staff were trying to flog it as soon as we sat down. It makes the place feel a bit cheap and...

"It's a charming hotel in an equally charming ski village. We traveled off season so it was very quiet. We had the Snow White room which we were very happy with. It was spacious and comfortable. We were traveling with our 2 dogs, and the staff were very accommodating.
We ate at the hotel because it was convenient for us. The breakfast buffet was typical Austrian style with many items. Supper menu was a bit limited due to low season, but we always found tasty options.
Too bad our weather was too...

"Fantastic first stay at Hotel Panorama. Spa facilities were great, able to have plenty of peace and quiet due to the size. Activities provided by the hotel were good. Brilliant food every day. Would 100% recommend a stay here."
