Sea Esta - a cottage (attached) that sleeps 5 guests in 2 bedrooms

Sea Esta Cottage is situated on Perran Court, a central location, close to the village amenities including table tennis table, archery, tennis court, pub and pool, but is not affected by traffic as it is on a cul-de-sac.

Newly redecorated in January 2025 and new carpets in February 2025.

Living area

Enter through the front door into the hallway with cloakroom under the stairs. To your right is a door into the well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you would need for a self-catering holiday. There's a dining space with table, chairs and bench. The rear living space has 2 sofas, tub chair, and Smart TV with DVD player. Double patio doors lead onto the rear patio garden. We leave toys, games and DVD's for you to enjoy during your stay.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The main bedroom at the rear has a double bed, plenty of clothes storage, dressing table / mirror, and Smart TV. The second bedroom has full-size bunk beds and a full-size single bed and deep storage cupboard. Both bedrooms share the newly refitted bathroom with toilet, basin, rainfall shower over the bath with extra hand-held shower. There is also a separate downstairs toilet off the hall.

Heating

Full central heating throughout, operated remotely too so we can warm the house ready for your arrival in winter months.

Outside space

French doors from the living area open onto the sunny patio with wooden table and seating for six, and a small lawned area with hedges for privacy.

Parking

There are multiple parking bays to both the front and rear of the cottage.

We do not charge for the use of our infants hire chair and travel cot. Please state your requirements when booking and they will be in the property upon your arrival. Please bring your own cot bedding.
