"The room when arrive has not been clean. They swap us for chamber with an upgrade. The view was wonderfull. But still somevtrace of moisture was still present and the toillets was not just ok about are clean they are. The room are hard to access for older person. You have elevator to bring you on the floor but same after this on the floor you still have some stair present. For older person it could be an issue with the luggage."

"Numa vita hotel is beautifully decorated, I was welcome by a very cool looking lobby, the self check-in was seamless and safe! I happened to bump into one of the staff, he graciously showed me how to lock and unlock the door, introduced me to laundry and locker room - very helpful! The room we stayed at was clean and huge ! "This is our second time staying at this property and it was even better than the last. We stayed in the San Nicolo apartment with patio which was a great fit for our family of 3. It’s sunny, bright and nicely updated. The location is close to but outside of the touristy area which we prefer. Super easy to jump on bus if you’d rather not walk. Highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. The room was spacious with beautiful views overlooking the Arno river. The air conditioning worked very well in the room and was much appreciated during a heat wave in August. The location could not be beat. It is away from the major crowds, but still surrounded by amazing shops, restaurants, and historical sites."
