Room was not cleaned and do left without fresh towels, despite asking for towels at reception before the end of the day we were ignored and so left unable to shower the following...

Our plane delayed and we got to hotel and contact numbers were listed on front door and no one on site. Poor charm factor with plastic ivy on fence."

"Location, cleanliness and staff were excellent. Interior of the room needed a lot of tlc. The mini fridge is super mini - it can only fit 1 can inside. The shower temperature also didn't turn down so we had a scorching shower."
