"Hotel is located perfectly, parking is good but extra charge, gym and pool ok but extra charge, decor and carpeting is shockingly in need of updating, dirty and scruffy, in key places such as restaurant you see just how bad it is making you think about maybe just how well maintained the kitchen may or may not be ?
Room was not cleaned and do left without fresh towels, despite asking for towels at reception before the end of the day we were ignored and so left unable to shower the following...
"Good hotel with friendly and helpful staff in a great location just 10 minutes walk from the station .
WiFi reception was only available in the reception area ."
"Unprofessional communication. I could not contact them ( and Expedia could not contact them) . The telephone numbers were not current on the contact info on Expedia site or website. Our plane delayed and we got to hotel and contact numbers were listed on front door and no one on site. Poor charm factor with plastic ivy on fence."
"Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast included is a nice touch. Restaurant close by is great too. Location of hotel is ideal for visiting many places as the bus station is a few minutes walk away"
