The house is just minutes from the great shopping and dining of the city of Fairhope, but just off the beaten path enough to feel private and secluded! Located on the eastern shore of Mobile bay, the house faces almost due south, meaning refreshing breezes in the summer, but protection from the wind in the winter, making the outdoor weather fabulous year-round!

This house is perfect for vacationing families. The downstairs bedrooms both have King sized beds, while 2 rooms upstairs will sleep lots of kids! The sandy beach is perfect for small children. A snowbird couple would also love this house, as the upstairs need not even be used! The view from the kitchen as you cook is just breathtaking.

There is a public boat ramp just one mile away, so bring your boat for skiing, tubing and fishing on the bay, or for a beautiful ride up the nearby magnolia river to swim in the cold spring waters.

Don't forget to pack your appetite for seafood. When baited, the two crab traps provided catch as many as a dozen crabs a day!
