"3 nights at hotel booked through Expedia. I informed Expedia that my travel plans had changed and I would only need 2 nights. Apparently Expedia failed to pass this on to the hotel so when I arrived I discovered that the booking had been canceled because I was a no show on my first booked night. The hotel was unable to accommodate me for the remaining two nights. An Expedia agent helped me book another [more expensive] hotel in the city."

"Went for a softball tournament-terrible. The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry all the coolers, bags etc up stairs at the end of the hall- and only one end because they were painting the other stairwell. Pool was closed down so team couldn’t use that. The one washer was broken so we couldn’t wash uniforms. Tiny fridge that didn’t cool and knob was missing- no freezer or microwave in the room. Food and drinks weren’t cold, so had to use coolers, then carry up and down steps. Had to ask...

"The interiors have been updated recently. Our room was nice, but there was mildew on the grout next to the shower. I noticed a little mouse feces on the bedspread before we left. When we were there, the front breezeway was stripped down to steel beams, so it must have been next on the list for an upgrade. The breakfast was good, but would have liked some bacon as an option to sausage links."
