"Our room was comfortable and quiet, except for the mini split. The unit was somewhat noisy when it periodically ran during the night. However the cooling was needed because the Las Cruces weather is getting hotter. The WiFi worked well. The breakfast was well above average with a few hot items. Overall we’d stay here again with no hesitation."

"We had a wonderful stay at hotel Encanto during our two nights stay. The room was clean and the bed super comfortable. We loved the tile bathroom floor and the toiletries left in the bathroom. And they will be upgrading to the larger bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower area too be greener and not waste product. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub area. Beautiful landscaping, so many areas to sit and relax. A gas fireplace and a gas fire pit also made it very special. There are two restaurants, one that serves breakfast and lunch and one that serves dinner and has a bar. All of the staff were super nice and helpful. The gym was great and even had free weights. All in all a great stay and we will be back."

"Staff was unfriendly and rude. No willing to accomodate. I I ask for a bottom floor if possible. Immediately denied without checking. My father and walked out to see what my mom wanted to do. She approached the staff. Once the saw her they were willing to accomodate. Discrimination was evident. My mom "fits" in better. Sad "
