"Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel
I had an awful stay at this hotel. When I arrived, they claimed they couldn’t find my Hotels.com reservation and forced me to pay again at a higher rate — even though they clearly advertise on booking sites.
My room door didn’t close properly, there was no running water for hours, and repeated calls for help were ignored. I finally received a bucket of water long after I was late for my appointment. Later that day, the water was still off, and staff...
