Spacious couch house with bathroom facilities that has a bath and shower along with a toilet and sink. This detached smart modern two bedroom home (which have two super king size “zip & clip” beds to convert into singles making it four single beds) is very central to the M5 and sits between Topsham and Exeter with public transport nearby. The house is approx 3.5 miles from Exeter city centre and 1 mile from Topsham and is close to the Chiefs Rugby stadium 1 mile from the house.

The space

Each bedroom will have a super king sized beds that are “zip & link” so you can convert into two 3 foot wide singles.

Guest access
Guess have access to the entire coach house during their stay with one free off road parking space, also; it’s free parking throughout the estate if you come with more cars.

Other things to note
You’re spoilt for choice with some wonderful walks and cycle paths nearby and not to mention pubs and restaurants are plentiful in the picturesque little village of Topsham which is a a short distance away. If you’re into rugby, the Exeter Chiefs Stadium is less than a mile away. This property has great train and bus services nearby going to Exeter city amongst others . Very accessible from j30 off the M5.
