"Second time we’ve stayed here and it’s become the preferred option for visiting friends who live nearby in Oxford. It’s recently renovated, super clean and very comfortable. It’s self checkin but lots of comms from staff and a very straightforward process. Also found staff to be very responsive when messaging to arrange a late checkout. "The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. Great place and would 100% return. "

She gave us access after hours, checked on us in the morning and gave us tea and toast after breakfast hours, checked on our welfare, held our bags for us when we went into Oxford, and gave us waters in the heat wave. The sheets were not very clean and the bathroom garage was not emptied when we checked in, but the shower was good and there was a fan and tea provided in the room with decently comfortable beds.
