"The room was spacious, we had twin beds and there was enough space for both of us. The bed did block the freezer but it was nice to have a big fridge and freezer. Plenty of storage and a relatively quiet spot and quiet hallway. We did not get woken up by other residents at all. There was a kettle in the room and enough cups and plates. The AC and heating was a bit tricky to work out and most nights it was too hot. But once we figured it out it was fine. Housekeeping doesn't come every day unless you ask for it through the qr code and some days we would forget which was annoying. There are only 2 bins and none in the kitchenette area which was annoying mostly because the bins are small and inconvenient with no bin under the sink. There was some weird mechanical noise coming from either the AC or the mechanical room that was in our room which was annoying g but we slept with earplugs most nights so we managed. We never figured out where that noise came from as it was irregular. The room was not impresspressive but it had everything we needed and was a good sized room. We chose this place for the size of the room and the fact that it had a kitchenette and fridge. Metro station was only 5 minutes walk away and there was a Daiso and Olive young nearby. It is not in the busy and popular areas but most of them were only 20-30min train ride away so it was fine. Overall we are happy with this place as it was good price for all that we got."

"Takes 45 min straight from Incheon Airport to Holiday Inn Express via ARAX. The hotel is conveniently located just above exit 5 of Hongik station. Plenty of amenities locally- lots of young students so buzzing until late night. However extremely safe and haven’t had any problems with anyone. Everyone is courteous and polite. Extremely rule-abiding people and expect the same from visitors too!! Our room on 13 th floor— small but compact for 2; Little disappointed about lack of wardrobes but actually didn’t matter. Clean bathrooms and toilets; warm water available all day. The rooms were actually cleaned and linen/towels changed daily, though we didn’t request them. Its a bit further away from the city centre (40-45 min) by Tube so if you are attending conferences like we did in COEX then may not be the best location. Breakfast was included and reasonably plenty of options that my 22 year old son tried and loved. Washing and dryer on the 16th floor and easy to use via cards. Overall a good experience and value for money!!"

"It's a small spot so if you plan on bringing more than one big piece of luggage per person it will be crowded. I stayed in a single with one duffel, one backpack, and one personal bag and had no issues. If I had someone else with me it might have felt tight. Its small but its clean! Great water pressure, no musty smell, no mold, no dust. Its in a great location with small fun things to do and also just one station over from Hongdae. Didn't have any noise issues from the outside. You might occasionally hear some people in the hallway but it really wasn't an issue. The self serve lobby is very handy and well stocked, and I never felt without with supplies from there. Hotel has small amenities like a phone charger, disposable toothbrush/toothpaste, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. I only needed to contact the owner once via kakaotalk and they were very responsive. One small thing that might be great is if they had bar soap and lotion. I would definitely stay again!"
