"Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees. We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room. "Ther room was big for european standards, clean and very well decorated. The lobby has a great vibe with modern/artistic decor and an amazing view. The breakfast was great, with local products and the staff was amazing, she prepared a lot of the delicious food that was offered (I assume she was the owner/administrator). This is the hotel if you are visiting the Bolgheri area. "

"We were so happy we found this gem of a resort. Small, intimate yet luxurious. The breakfast breads and cakes are incredible. And the view is like from a movie. We hope to be back. Thank you for your hospitality."

"Everyone in the hotel was very accommodating. The front staff spoke a little English and enough to get us checked in and feel comfortable. Most staff spoke only Italian or Spanish, but that is understandable. It felt like a resort such that we were in the middle of coutry-side a d close to the beach within 10 miles. They had a HUGE pool and attendants making sure the site was clean, maintained, and secure. Very happy about their breakfast options and dinner selections. We did mostly eat out...
