"Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees. We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room. "Great location, on the beach and close to bars/restaurants. Good pool area, could have done with more shade there though. Nicely decorated, spacious apartments. Really helpful staff - reception, cleaning staff and pool guy all lovely. Hotel is dog-friendly, which is not generally a problem but I would suggest a separate area for the dogs - there was dog poo on the artificial grass where my grandchildren played. Also guests in the apt next to ours twice allowed their dog to bark loudly late at...

"We stayed one night during our trip. Check in was seamless and staff was helpful. The place is huge, facilities are ok but it was clean. You’re in the middle of nowhere so it’s easier to dine in, that being said, dinner is a set price without drinks, it was not the greatest even though they had a couple of options in the menu. It’s very convenient if you have to stay in the area, otherwise there are better options somewhere else. We skipped breakfast so not sure if it’s good or not."
