"Quiet, clean room with many amenities in common areas. We enjoyed the terrace overlooking the river, and the breakfast."

"Hotel is basic, no tv or tea or coffee in room. But tea and coffee next to lifts. And kids don’t watch the tv anyway. Hotel location for great for us for exploring Lisbon and getting train to cascais, which was worth the visit. I would stay here again if in Lisbon"

"Nice hotel. Staff helpful and pleasant. Breakfast very good. Nice bar. Clean and well appointed rooms."

"How client-friendly can a guesthouse actually be? Find it out yourself at Garam Lisboa!"

"Wow, where to begin about Villa Dorothea. The property is absolutely stunning and the photos do not give it justice! Check in was smooth and our room was available early which was amazing. The welcome drinks and little check in waiting area is a great touch. The staff were incredible friendly and helped carry our luggage up to our room without asking. The suite we booked was stunning, with a separate living room, bedroom and a bonus dressing room with a view of the ocean. The room was...

"It’s an health hazard !!! Our room had a strong smell of mold, The room was recently decorated but signs of damp and mold were still noticeable all around. Bathroom ceiling was covered with mold and there was a leak behind the toilet. The shower tray was blocked. The sink didn’t drain. Toilet didn’t flush! There were multiple air fresheners scattered around bedrooms and bathroom but the intense musty smell of mold and damp was awful. Our room was on the ground floor facing the noisy...

"Location - between Baxio and Belem. A 20 mins train ride to either. Restaurants - Bloom for breakfast and 31 for dinner. Things to do - FX Factory Check In - recommend contacting the property direct via email with reservation number. They will send a link for your access codes. Housekeeping- garbage every day, towels every 3 and sheets every 7. Staff is on site every day. Pool - small but cool. Very nice to lounge and sip wine. Stairs - no elevator so be prepared. The building is old with modern...

"The gym as advertised in the photos is actually over a km away. Shower had mold in it and so did the sink. The air conditioning that was advertised did not exist and the host just said “no air conditioning, sorry”"

"Overall, great location and perfect stay for the night."

"This place cares more about its looks than cleanliness. Our ac unit was caked in dust. We were coughing the whole trip. Multiple times we’d ask the host for little things, toilet paper, towels, and we wouldn’t get any reply back. It wasn’t until we were nearing the end of our stay when all that was delivered, but at that point we were checking out in 2 days from our 10 day stay. I don’t recommend staying here"

"Exactly as advertised -- a great way to keep costs low if you only use your hotel to sleep. Just keep in mind that there is no AC in the rooms, or at least there wasn't in ours (Montserrat room)."
