"Complimentary upgrade to the Pyramid Tower - lovely, very clean room with comfortable beds and luxurious bedding. Staff was super friendly and helpful at all times. Easy sightseeing in the area with tons of restaurants and Oxxos around every corner. Late night room service available at reasonable prices. Only issue was noise due to the seemingly thin walls - could hear hallway conversations easily and if you have loud neighbors with crying children could put a damper on your morning sleep-in, so bring earplugs. But this is a tiny blip in an otherwise amazing stay."

"Centrally located in between the Zocalo and Reforma Ave, great walkable options for sightseeing, food and shopping. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was very nice, adequate size, comfortable bed and washroom, clean and quiet."

"Amazing Place. Its one of favorite go to, in between flights. Clean, Safe, and Secure. The staff is amazing. 24/7 shuttle availability from hotel to airport. Make sure to use correct phone number based on night time shift snd day time shift with the shuttle. As there are two different numbers Inquire at hotel to get night time phone number. "
