"Hotel was very nice and staff is very friendly. English speaking is sufficient to get by, but knowing Spanish is obviously very helpful and speeds things like check in up! The only confusing thing is when booking multiple rooms for our party (5 adults, 3 families) we booked a room for 5 people but the website wasn’t super clear on exactly how many rooms we had booked. "We loved the premier club facilities. The pool was good and very welcomed with the heat. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the food was excellent.
