"Great location near Radio City Music Hall and Central Park. Not a big fan of Resort fees especially when you feel it is not a resort. Also paid for 2 people for breakfast and the name of the business on the card did not match the vendor for breakfast but they said that is place. They were out of croissants and would not change the 2 croissants we paid for the one muffin they had so we had to pay for that. Staff at the breakfast store were very rude and told hotel staff which also did nothing to...

"Very good vibes and super friendly and helpful staff. Amenities were nice, but lots of on-site local restaurants were very neat to have. The bar was super lively. Overall great. Would stay here again. "

"The location of this hotel could not be better if you want to be close to Central Park. The only breakfast option is a $75 buffet (no thanks). There was no cocktail bar for a nightcap, the rooms were a bit tired and the air conditioning could not get the room below a humid 72, so our sleep was terrible. "
