"Room was clean, view from sea rooms great. The decor is dated and rooms basic, the double rooms also consist of 2 single beds pushed together with single duvets. The mattresses are extremely firm which will suit some, when mentioned to front desk the manager did resolve the issue very quickly by arranging matress toppers which helped but something to consider. The rooftop pool is great but very cold, the other pool on the 1st floor does not get any sun so also very cold. Most staff were friendly and helpfull, the only issue was the lady working at the cosmo sky bar during the day as was not very polite and was obvious she didnt want to be there."
