"A lovely, quiet place and a great spot to relax. The hotel room and bathroom were clean, and the spa facilities were excellent. A big shout-out to Sam, who did my treatment—she was absolutely amazing and made the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the walls were not very soundproof, so I could hear people walking around at night. Other than that, I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend it."

"We stayed here for one night on our way to Minehead and it was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had. We booked this hotel specifically because it advertised air-conditioned rooms. On arrival, we were greeted by a sign saying the hotel was under refurbishment and there was no air conditioning. This was never mentioned when we booked. "Great location. Lovely rooms as I’ve stayed in the hotel many times. Comfortable and clean. Gorgeous toiletries to use. Small car park but parking near by if you can’t park at the hotel but I’ve only had this issue once or twice. Highly recommended hotel"

"Position of the property was excellent just opposite the park .room was good but could have done with a bit of an upgrade .We noticed a slit in the curtain and the sink plug wouldnt come back up if you pressed it down .Minor things but could easily be put right .Breakfast was good if you wanted a cooked breakfast but continental not alot of choice.We were able to park which made things better.Lovely stay enjoyed the live music but there could have been more .Staff very polite and helpful. "Great location, and staff were very helpful. Excellent secure parking. We enjoyed breakfast - the porridge and cinnamon toast were excellent. The menu offered a wide choice. Bed was comfy, but we were there in a hot spell of weather, and there was no air con in the room. The fan in the room did help a little, but it was still very warm for sleeping. The room could have been cleaner however. We had a room which had a bath, shower and vanity unit in the bedroom with a separate toilet. The...
