Northfield Inn, Suites & Conference Center

"It was better than I expected! Most places I've stayed at, the rooms were not clean, just unacceptable to the point I had to have housecleaning come back several time to finish the job properly. This room that I received was very clean! The only amenity I used was the breakfast, which was amazing. Checking in and out was ok, the only constructive feedback I have is that- during check-in please don't have the desk staff blurt out loudly your room number for everyone to hear. And secondly, during check-out, if staff is taking care of another job function, please acknowledge the person that's waiting so they don't feel ignored. I was impressed and would recommend this to others."
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Springfield

"Its usually quiet which we appreciate. The sofa bedding is never ready in the room and I've had to ask for it yearly. Its clean and mostly stocked. Breakfast is ok, but could have more options and more timely supply. The staff changes a lot and need more training. We would stay again tho."
