"The staff was extremely welcoming. The landscape is absolutely beautiful. The Spa is in walking distance and the staff there is amazing. Very pleasant and professional with a variety of treatments available. The outdoor swimming pool is a little small for a resort but there is a cabana and outdoor bar poolside also there is an indoor swimming pool and hot tub on the lower level of the hotel. If you are a golfer it’s a fantastic course to play however for those of us who don’t golf the amenities are limited. At the resort itself. However it is extremely clean with nice size bathrooms and comfortable beds. There is a lot of construction in the area that will bring new attractions the lake is just about a mile away from the resort. We had a great experience and highly recommend Old Kinderhook."

"We stayed at The Lighthouse for a week with 13 family members, 7 children ages 2-13. The house was phenomenal! Plenty for everyone to do…pool, game room, mini golf, and so much space! The house was supplied with everything you could possibly need. We loved every minute!"
