"The food was incredible, including the buffet which I never have high expectations for. Having access to two resorts was amazing. Plenty of pools, lots of restaurants, really good entertainment within the pool and the beach. Preferred club was lovely our butler Angel was amazing. The resort itself was so beautiful and clean. My only complaint: the wifi in my room didn’t work at all."

"The resort was beautiful. The staff pleasant and helpful. There was no long line in the lobby when we got there. The room was as described. The hole resort is on a same level. The other buildings have a second floor. If yoy are wheelchair bound or have a stroller this is the perfect place. The beach is literally 2 min walk from main lobby. There is a wood ramp that leads to the beach at the end is a wheelchair platform with umbrella and beech chairs. The food is good . They have a decent amount of everything. Between vegetables, fish, salads, different meat dishes on a nightly basis. The fruits, desserts, delicious soups. The staff is on point refill your water and other beverages. Check out was a breeze. "

"We had a mouse in our room!! Despite this, they told us to stay there for the night anyway. The children were terrified, and none of us could sleep. It was a sleepless night instead of a pleasant holiday stay. My husband saw a huge mouse while he was putting our daughter to sleep. It ran right past his feet!!! Then, we noticed that our daughter's backpack was on the floor, even though it had been left on the table. This means the mouse was even running across the furniture! On top of that, it got into my daughter's snacks, which were sealed in a Ziploc bag. It chewed through the plastic and ruined the food. Disgusting! My husband went to the reception immediately, but he was told we couldn’t get a new room until after 2 PM the next day. We even found mouse droppings in the room. Gross!! The management should react quickly to something like this instead of leaving us completely ignored. Our suitcases were open on the floor—the mouse could have crawled into anything! Hygiene and safety were nonexistent... absolutely revolting! I do not recommend this place!"
