"Upon room assignment, I was on the 1st floor and the balcony door would not shut fully or lock. Maintenance was sent and the door was unable to be fixed. I waited another 30 min and contacted the front desk and finally received a 2nd room. Same issue w/ this room--balcony door would not shut or lock and the thermostat was inoperable. I then went to the front the desk to be assigned a 3rd room which smelled of pet odor. At that point I was exhausted from traveling and just settled for the room. I was quite disappointment in the room conditions overall. Please note that the staff was very friendly."
