longtime customer. disappointed they are now charging for parking. OK, I can accept that. when I ask why, the answer I got was this; There is a lot of unauthorized parking taking up our spaces and we are now charging for parking tags to display in the vehicles. so I say that is not preventing any unauthorized parking, it is just punishing the guests. After a little bit of back-and-forth, I lose that argument. no big deal.
Also, I find out that the spa suite I reserved has broken plumbing so they changed my room without notice. The plumbing broke two days ago. They gave me a bigger room but it is not the same in amenities. I asked for compensation from the wave as well as expedia. I have not received.
Later that evening (or the next morning), I find a TWO vehicles (without a parking tag) parked in TWO spaces each. That is FOUR spaces taken up by unauthorized parking. I was told that the manager lets his friends park on the property.
I send an email to management explaining my disappointment and that I think it is a slap in the face to customers who have to now pay for parking.
a couple of days later in the parking garage, one of the vehicles in question pulls behind my car and blocks it in the space.
