"We found out the bus from Tunis didn't run on Wednesdays and had to miss the first night of our 2 night stay at d'Orient. Their cancellation policy on Expedia stated free cancellation until 9/21. We contacted Expedia on 9/19 and they told us the hotel would not respond to them. We were screwed out of our one night refund. The room was like a hostel. Tiny, hard beds, cheap furnishings, garish lighting, small window that let in no light. Horrible tiny bathroom with surging water pressure. ...

"The room was large and comfortable. Everything is a little run down, but the staff were very friendly and helpful"

"Pas propre, la douche avait une fuite. Ligne de lit avec des taches douteuses."
