Would definitely stay again! The only issue we had was we were asked to leave the pool area for bringing outside food. Only in house food is allowed, I just wish we were told ahead of time. Other than that service and the hotel were excellent. They even have infant cribs!

The staff was exceptional. The hotel is very nice. We cabbed places - we didn't explore near the hotel

This modern hotel is situated less than 10 minutes drive from Bajío airport and about 20 minutes from Guanajuato historic center. The hotel looks like brand new, rooms and amenities are excellent, very nice pool too. Breakfast and evening snacks were good and included with our hotel stay. Hotel can request a very good transportation to Guanajuato historic center or Guanajuato central bus station for about $20 dollars. Let me start saying this .. a friend of mine told me this was the best hotel in zacatecas period, but he was short … everyone is super nice and very kind , the hotel is beautiful and the restaurant is exquisite, very different than any other hotel that ever been , I would recommend to everyone with kids , it’s super quiet and it’s 10 minutes walk to everything, I will come back in September again , Thank you for such a great experience, love this hotel!

The room we had was big with kitchen, living room with 50" tv and king size bed with 50" tv. Air conditioner. The restaurant food was great and the room service was great! The staff at the check in could be little more professional. I drop off my laundry (front desk) Wednesday afternoon didn't get it back until Thursday night at 10pm. They didn't tell me why it took so long. I think they forgot about the laundry and one of the staff saw it the next day on the floor and sent it out to get it...
