"The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. "We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a typical small European hotel/pension. And was a different hotel experience for my family who are used to large chain hotels. This property was simple, clean and sufficient for our needs to visit a beautiful area close to the Bavarian castles. There is no air conditioning or fans in the rooms so it can be quite warm during the summer. We were able to open the windows to enjoy the breeze but there were no screens on the windows so we did have to...
