This cozy, stylish and quite 1-bedroom loft is the perfect space for short or long term stays for 1-2 people as there’s a fully stocked kitchen, in-suite laundry and 1 comfortable Queen Size Bed. The tall north facing windows fill the room with natural light.

Enjoy of the character of this NY Simulated loft, located on the 8th floor of the New Cambridge Lofts, right on Jasper Avenue. Distressed rustic wood floor, exposed pipes, tall ceilings, faux brick and concrete accent walls, are part of the uniqueness of this unit:

✦ Kitchen: This kitchen boasts clean countertops, cabinetry, and basic appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, 2-slice toaster, kettle, pots, pans, and all the essential cookware needed to whip up your favorite meals.

✦ Bathroom: Full 4-pieces bathroom equipped with fresh towels, hair dryer, and dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You'll even find Q-tips and facial cotton pads for your convenience.

✦ Office/Workstation: Ideal for students and working professionals.

✦ Laundry: Do you have some laundry to do? No problem! We have a washer and dryer available for you to use, and we'll even provide detergent.

✦ SECURITY DEPOSIT AND RENTAL AGREEMENT ✦
This property requires a $250 security deposit hold (not an upfront charge) and a digital signature of our rental agreement. This hold will be scheduled at the time of your reservation and collected 2 days prior to check-in. It will be released 2 days after check-out, provided that no damage has been done to the property and all house rules have been followed.


✦ CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS ✦
The unit is equipped with a Smart Lock that allows you to lock and unlock the door using a unique code assigned to you. This code will be valid for the entire duration of your stay.

To gain initial access to the building, you will need to use a link that acts as virtual FOB with the intercom system.

Detailed check-in instructions, including both Link and Smart Lock codes, will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival.

The condo is located in downtown Edmonton, and you may hear some traffic noise.

As a vibrant and diverse community, downtown is home to a variety of residents, including some who may be homeless. Please be aware of your surroundings.


✦ PARKING ✦
There is no parkade in the building, however, there are two options for parking:

⦿ Street Parking: This is administered by the city of Edmonton. You will need to use one of the parking machines or download the EPARK app for ease of use. Only recommended to use during short periods and be aware the city will tow away if you park on Jasper Ave, Mon-Fri from 3:30 PM-6:00 PM.

⦿ Private Parking: Rates can be checked on the Impark website (The building address is 10024 Jasper Ave). Early bird discounts may be available at certain locations. The Westin Hotel, Scotia Place, and ATB Place offer the nearest recommended parking to the building. Additionally, some deals are available through the "Hangtag" app when downloaded.

NOTE: Given the downtown location, it's advisable to utilize , particularly for overnight stays. Ensure to take all valuables with you. Rice Howard, the closest parking option to the building, is NOT recommended.

✦ SECURITY DEVICES ✦
1. We guarantee there are NO INDOOR recording devices in this unit
2. There is ONE OUTDOOR security camera located at the loft main door, only to monitor outdoor activity. This device will be ONLY recording with motion detection and not 24/7
3. We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level
4. The common areas of the building are under 24-hour surveillance. There are multiple security cameras throughout the building.

⫸ CANCELLATION POLICY
VRBO and Expedia bookings are subject to a relaxed cancellation policy: You can cancel your reservation and get a 96% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you receive a 46% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not refunded.
