"Great hotel. As soon as we checked in we were offered an upgrade from our standard room on the sixth floor to a Polynesian room on the tenth floor for an extra $40/night, and I’m glad we did it. The room was clean and modern. My only complaint is we tried to order food service and nobody answered the phone. There are plenty of great food options in the mall though."

"The front desk staff are helpful, and the other staff we met are friendly. The breakfast is good. There is underground parking. There is a swimming pool and a large gym. The air conditioner is noisy. We brought our own shampoo and soap."

"Breakfast wasn’t great. Most of the offerings were empty and had to ask to have them filled. We got to breakfast area within 45 minutes of closing. Almost every item was empty, coffee, water, potatoes, bacon and the items that were available were cold Once asked things were refilled. There was lots of staff milling around. And still lots of guests waiting for breakfast. But nothing was refilled unless you specifically asked"
