"The room was perfect - clean and comfortable - as was the location. However, we were disappointed that there were unexpected costs due to inaccurate or incomplete information. There is on-site parking, but it is not free for guests. Our reservation specifically said it included breakfast, but we learned that was only for “tiered members.” These miscommunications added more than $200 to the cost of our trip."

"There were two issues that fall under the responsibility of the staff and management - 1 - I had to schedule a mid-week room cleaning 2 times before it was accomplished. 2 - The closet door frame was broken when we checked in and was very hard to use. Because a door was installed there wasn't enough room in the closet to hang clothing because the closet was not deep enough. All other categories of service and the room were excellent."

"We booked last minute for a concert at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame not realizing there was also a baseball game that night, and also a wedding right at the hotel. The hotel was beautiful, and even my surly 13-year-old agreed. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were personable and attentive. I called housekeeping when I realized there was no shampoo in the bathroom, and someone was there within minutes with a new bottle. The valet service was quick and easy as well. We will definitely come back."

"Hotel was beautiful, love the historic building. Easy to find, valet was super easy. Check-in was fast and very helpful. Loved the elevators needed key cards to go up knowing it was safe. Literally around the corner from the fun food and shopping area. We were going to the baseball field, barely a 10 min walk and super easy. If you’re going to the baseball field or the arena in front of it I highly recommend staying here for the total convenience! Would definitely stay here again!"
