"Knowledgeable and helpful staff (thankyou Deb!). Everything was clean and tidy and the rooms are as advertised. Not all washing machines in the laundry were in working order which delayed me doing my washing, but this did not have a huge impact to the trip."

"This Mantra is a bit of a let down for the brand name and the building and rooms desperately need refurbishing. There were large holes in the ceiling, and the room was had a strong smell of detergent."

"Renovations to pool and lobby still underway March 2026. Ocean view room was nice and very spacious, looked like the photos. Rooms and finishes not as high quality as other nicer hotels I’ve stayed at but didn’t feel dirty although could definitely use a deep clean and refresh. Otherwise nice direct access to beach and bars restaurants etc. still seems to be best hotel on the beach so would stay again after renos complete. "
