"I enjoyed the space of the room! It was gorgeous! In casinos, “non-smoking” rooms don’t exist. The smell of smoke blends with the fibers in the carpet. No shade, just facts. I was able to power through and enjoy my stay! The front desk receptionist who checked me in was busy and joyful! What a blessing she was to watch and work with!"

"The hotel is in a good location, but the rooms are in need of renovation. The beds are terrible—very old—and one of the bed bases was completely broken. The sheets looked dirty. It is a hotel that really needs to make changes and undergo significant renovations."

"Good Hotel, but they put me into the South Tower facign the L. I did not like that as it was loud everytime a train passed. I ran my AC to generate white noise for that matter. Get a room in the north tower or a room facing their courtyard if you want quiet."
