"Nice hotel"

"I booked a room a week in advance. I’ve been driving for hours. Got to the hotel at around 2 AM to check into my room. Once I arrived, they advised me that they didn’t have any rooms left. I showed them my confirmation code. The money was pending on my account for the room as well. They would not give me a room. I ended up having to try to find another hotel at 2:30 in the morning. A terrible experience with this hotel."
