"Charming, Cozy and Clean. We had a wonderful stay at the Glidden House. The hotel is charming, cozy, and impeccably clean, with so much character. The location felt very safe and was perfect for our visit to Cleveland. The breakfast was excellent, and what truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was phenomenal—from the front entrance team to the bar staff and breakfast service. A special thank you to James, the concierge, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed chatting with him and appreciated the personal touch he brought to our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!"
