Great place for families as well as others. We had a great room and the restaurant at the lake had good food and excellent staff. We enjoyed the band which was a pleasant surprise. We were a group of 4 retired coupes(long retired) and enjoyed our stay. Short drive to Minden hills and Haliburton towns.

Property was beautiful and well maintained. Dockside restaurant and breakfast were delicious. Brought two young kids and they were entertained for several days with the beach, boat rentals, games on site.

The Boniview inn outperformed every expectation I had. Our room was clean the king-size bed, totally comfortable and a spectacular view. My entire hope for this stay was to be able to play with Waters sports. And I did so endlessly canoeing, kayaking and paddle boating. The water equipment was clean and the lake large enough to completely connect with solitude. The food in the dining room was excellent and the outdoor patio lively and delicious. Live music was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this property.

Our room had air conditioning. No view of the lake, as room was inside the main lodge on the 2nd floor. Has a ramp from the parking lot, so fairly easy to bring in luggage. The negatives, being over the lobby where the pool table was, so quite noisy. They have bands bands come in, set up at the volleyball courts, by the Dockside restaurant. The band played until 10. Our room looked out at the volleyball courts , so it was very loud. Lots of chairs on the lawn at the beach. Wish the dining room was open for dinner. Good food at Dockside, but offerings are limited.

We had a lovely stay at Bonnie View. The 2 bedroom cabin was clean and modern and the amenities were nice. The restaurant and patio were closed but we found good food in town about a 8 minute drive away.
